September is the first month of autumn and there is a distinct change in the air! Leaves are starting to turn colour, flowering plants are running out of steam, and the temptation to get back into the garden for a tidy up is compelling. Get this wrong and you could be removing a huge amount of next years flowering wood which could ruin next years ornamental displays!
